RhadaBloom is an educational brand operated in Thailand by Miss Latisha Matayamanggoon, acting as an individual business owner. These terms apply to rhadabloom.com and the RhadaBloom content made available through it.

By using rhadabloom.com, you agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its security, or other visitors. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website.

The website is designed mainly for parents, caregivers, teachers, and homeschool families. Children may use learning content with appropriate adult guidance. A child should not send personal information or contact RhadaBloom directly.

RhadaBloom materials are educational resources, not medical, psychological, diagnostic, legal, or other professional advice. Learning needs and results vary. No book, printable, article, or activity guarantees a particular score, diagnosis, developmental result, or academic outcome.

Unless a product license says otherwise, RhadaBloom owns or licenses the website text, branding, artwork, layouts, and learning materials. You may view the website and use a purchased or downloaded resource only within the license supplied with that resource. You may not republish, resell, upload, distribute, remove ownership notices, or create commercial copies without written permission.

RhadaBloom links to Amazon for books and uses Payhip to sell digital printables. Amazon applies the seller or marketplace information shown for each book. For Payhip products, RhadaBloom is the seller while Payhip and connected payment providers supply the account, checkout, payment, tax-display, receipt, and delivery technology. Product availability, price, delivery, return, and refund information may differ by product and market. Review the listing and checkout information before purchasing.

Digital products are not physical shipments. RhadaBloom, as the Payhip seller, handles product, access, and refund requests; Payhip and the connected payment provider supply checkout, receipt, payment, and delivery technology. Include the order reference when contacting RhadaBloom, but never send full payment-card details.

Refund and cancellation requests for RhadaBloom Payhip products are considered under the policy shown with the product or at checkout and any mandatory consumer law that applies. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies where a product is materially different from its description, defective, or not supplied. Any mandatory cancellation or refund period that applies takes priority over conflicting store terms.

Contact RhadaBloom using the email on the Contact page and include the order reference and a brief description of the problem. Payhip states that sellers set and manage their refund policies and that Payhip cannot issue a refund directly because it does not hold the funds.

If a concern cannot be resolved directly, a consumer may use any complaint or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law. Consumers in Thailand can contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board.
