This policy applies to rhadabloom.com. RhadaBloom is an educational brand operated in Thailand by Miss Latisha Matayamanggoon, who is the data controller for the activities described in this policy. This website is intended for adults supporting children, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and homeschool families.

The main website does not offer visitor accounts or ask children to submit personal information. If an adult emails RhadaBloom, we receive the email address, message, and any details the sender chooses to include so we can respond and keep an appropriate support record.

RhadaBloom processes essential request, security, and preference data to provide the website you request, comply with legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service without overriding your rights. Support messages and seller-visible Payhip order data are used as necessary to respond to your request, take steps related to or perform a purchase, meet legal duties, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent.

You do not have to email RhadaBloom or allow optional tracking. Without usable contact details or an order reference, however, RhadaBloom may be unable to answer or resolve a purchase request. Refusing optional analytics or advertising does not prevent access to ordinary content or external purchase links.

The website host may process ordinary request and security data, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic details, to deliver and protect the website. Hostatom’s published service-level agreement states that it retains server logs for 90 days under Thailand’s Computer Crime Act.

The site stores the selected visual theme in local browser storage until it is cleared. It also stores the consent version, Analytics and Advertising category choices, and decision time for up to six months or until withdrawal or a policy-version change.

RhadaBloom uses Google Tag Manager to govern only approved optional tags. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 do not load until Analytics consent is granted. Google Ads conversion measurement additionally requires Advertising consent.

The initial setup will not use Google Signals, User-ID, enhanced conversions, remarketing lists, demographic reporting, or personalized advertising. GA4 user and event data will be configured for 14-month retention. Microsoft Clarity and unlisted optional trackers are not approved and remain disabled.

RhadaBloom does not intentionally collect personal information directly from children on the main website, build child profiles, or personalize advertising to children. Learning activities must not send names, exact ages, schools, answers, scores, free text, photos, voice recordings, or child-level identifiers to analytics or advertising providers.

Book links open Amazon, which applies its own terms and privacy practices. Printable links open Payhip, which provides storefront, checkout, payment, and file delivery services under its own policies. These providers may collect account, order, payment, device, and usage data after you leave RhadaBloom.

Payhip tells the relevant seller when a product is purchased or downloaded. Its published policy states that it keeps transaction details, such as a name, email address, IP address, billing address, and location data, for 10 years from the transaction date for EU VAT purposes for digital products. Certain contact or enquiry details are kept for 3 years. RhadaBloom may access seller-visible order or customer details for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or applicable legal duties. Any information RhadaBloom exports is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Information may be handled by Hostatom for hosting and security; Google for email and, only after consent, approved analytics or advertising; Payhip and its payment providers for checkout, payment, delivery, and seller support; and professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. Amazon and other external websites apply their own privacy practices after you choose to follow a link.

Some providers may process information outside Thailand. Where RhadaBloom initiates a transfer, it will use an applicable lawful transfer ground and appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards as required. You may request current information about relevant destinations or safeguards using the privacy contact above.

Hostatom’s published log period is 90 days. The theme choice remains until browser storage is cleared; a future consent record will last up to six months; and configured GA4 user and event data will last 14 months if analytics is introduced with consent. RhadaBloom ordinarily keeps email and support records for no more than three years after the last interaction. Order, accounting, dispute, or legal-claim records are kept only for the applicable legal period or while the matter remains active, then deleted or anonymized where practical. Payhip’s own published period for digital-product transaction details is 10 years from the transaction date.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, obtain a copy of, port, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. These rights can have legal exceptions. RhadaBloom may need enough information to verify identity and locate the relevant record before responding. If you believe RhadaBloom has not complied with Thailand’s PDPA, you also have the right to complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
